  1. Follow up on the Install of the Temperature Gage. Instead of using the manifold to splice into the tubing I went over to a friends house and he installed a fitting to the oil pan. He brazed a 1/4 pipe fitting onto the trans pan. There is only one place to put this due to the valve body that takes up almost the whole pan area. It is possible to install the temp probe into the pan. Tried it out and it works fine. Try to post pictures this time. I give up I cannot upload any pictures of the install.   2. I don't think my last post was to good. What I want to know is there a test port that I can screw in my transmission temp gage into. According to the temp gage instructions they say that there is but I'm not aware of any. That doesn't mean there's not one. Any transmission experts out there. It's for the 4cyl auto 1986 model. Any replies are helpful.
