Going down the road and push in on the clutch and the noise stops. Let off the clutch and get back on the gas again the noise comes back. (84 toy mrv 4 speed)

All the vacuum lines are good. I sprayed carb cleaner around the intake and at the base of the carb. All was good, belts are tight. Might it be my drive shaft center support bearing? How would I check?

I have a high pitched whistle sound when traveling down the road. When I let off the gas it stops, get back on the gas the noise comes back. I've checked u-joints and seem to be ok but can lube them. Vacuum line under hood are good. Don't know what else I can check.

My 84 mrv Savannah has two batteries under the hood. Coach battery on drivers side. Truck is on the passenger side

Oh wow I thought the mounts would be all the same. Maybe it would be a good idea to measure in between my leaf springs and have the other person measure his just to make sure. What you think Mr.Frost? Thanks everyone

Ok good idea if never change out a rear axle before. I have the heavy duty leaf springs and shocks and it will be put on the one ton it is set up for air bags. Thanks a bunch

I like it when I see a big motorhome pass me going down the interstate over and over again in mini motorhome. Makes me wonder how much they are spending on fuel.

This is out of a 86 dolphin.I was going to get it but don't know if it will fit my 84 mrv which has the five lug . I have read where some have just changed them out and others had to do some modifications. I'm in the process of talking to the owner of the one ton and the local Toyota dealer. I have done a lot of work to my rig before I found out about the faulty 5 lug.

I will take a close look at the drive line. Might just have to change the u joints and center support bearing since there is no grease fittings. Couldn't hurt with 80,000 miles. I imagine its all factory original. Thanks everyone!
