  1. Old wood is out . Time to install the new .
  2. Going to do it the right way and just replace with some new
  3. I seen a guy use some higher weight oil like 80w 90 gear oil to quite down some internal engine noises because of worn rod and main bearings. I hope that an't the case with yours .
  4. Not at all . The only thing you have to be careful with is the lines to the master cylinder. Sometimes the metal line gets seized in the fitting . But by now you probably have it fixed.
  5. Did you close the bleeder valve before she let off the pedal ? If she lifted the pedal and then you closed the bleeder valve then you sucked air in
  6. If your brakes where working well when you left California and then started to fail. To me it would be the brake master cylinder . I have a 84 toyota mrv and my master cylinder was leaking into my brake booster but I was able to stop . When I found out my master cylinder was leaking and how old my rig was I decided to replace the master cylinder the brake booster all 3 rubber brake hoses and rear wheel cylinders , shoes and pads. Someone on here may have had the problem you have and will offer some advice.
  7. Ok thanks. What brackets would be best to use? I seen some bracket at home depot but they where for 2x4s .
  8. Does anyone have a idea to replace this without taking off the outside aluminum? This wood was half rotted and my bunk floor screws to it .

    Sag issue

I replicated the bunk floor framing using 1×2 yellow wood and 1×6 treated wood. Used wood screws to connect all the wood. Outside skin is pvc panel fasten with staples and liquid nail adhesive. The darker wood is the original the lighter wood is what I replaced. One piece of the original wood that goes in the wall to the window and is butted to new wood . Can take more outside pictures I didn't get home in time before it got dark

  14. I guess the scooter on the front holds the front end down
  15. Ok I'm not to much on the electric stuff lol. Well I have no hum in the TV now. I've been plugged in to shore power for an hour and have the a/c on and the refrigerator running still no hum in the TV. Idk probably need to upgrade . What's good on the market?
  16. When I plug in to shore power I get a buzzing noise through my tv. My converter hums a little. The hum through the TV started a couple week ago . The TV is 12v
  17. I had a couple of friends with the same problem with there vehicles they didn't have toyota's but had automatic transmissions and there problem was the torque converter . Don't know if that's the problem with yours or not
  18. Used heavy duty rubber rear coil spring booster and 3/8-24 ×2 bolts . Had to do some mods on the rubber in order for the bolts to line up with the bracket . Now I have to do the other side and fill them up with air well a little air at a time. Maybe I wonder blow them up lol . The max air is 100 psi , maybe it won't take that much
  19. I'm thinking my problem is that we'll my rig don't sag in the back actually it's sits a little jack up in the back , my leaf springs are stought . When I hit a bump or dip in the road the front end bounces and the back just hit hard and the front goes to bouncing like I'm doing wheelies. My front shocks are new ,so I'm just trying to get some bounce in the back. When yours have no air in them does it go back to the original form?
  20. Is this a problem ? I have the bag fasten to the axle and at the top to the frame rail their is a gap . My rig is sitting like it would be on the ground if I didn't have Jacks under it
