  1. Morning

I don't have factory generator anymore and have converted my cubby hole into my water and sewer and tool compartment. I also have a small portable generator in there.

I found the gas/fuel line that comes off my tank and used to feed the stock generator, it's been capped off for now, I'd like to run it somewhere safe and add a pet coco/shutoff valve so I can get fuel into a gas can if need be to fill my portable generator or to help someone roadside who may be out of fuel.

Has anybody done this or have any suggestions on a shutoff valve and good fuel line to use???

  2. Is rebuilding the handle Valve assembly to turn on the propane as simple as a hose Bibb for water?

Turned on my propane today and as I was opening the valve it leaked out gas mid way and then once fully opened it stopped, closed valve and re opened many times, same thing. I haven't done anything new to this it just started on its own today.

When I'm fully opened it doesn't leak at all, soapy water test, no bubbles.

Anybody know if these valves are similar to water hose Bibb type where the have a rubber seat on the ends?

    Thank You

  3. I removed mine and ran new RG59 cable to a splitter that is in my RV behind a speaker

The splitter runs to my Roof Antenna

I split my roof antenna to feed my TV, cab stereo and RV House stereo and no issues at all. I'm in California at the coast so all flat land here

To cover the old hole i mounted my GPS and XM radio antennas over them

  4. I installed a new Shurflo pump and I didn't install a filter/collector, now I'd like to,

Do I install it before the pump?

Any other suggestions while I'm at it on that system?

City Water Hook Up-- I have inline pressure regulator that I use, my question is, Can I install this inside the RV full time VS having it with my garden hose hook up?

    Thank You

  5. I've completely remodeled and rebuilt my whole Itasca I've spent a lot and worked 12 hour days on it all summer

Did it need it? No but being a contractor building nice homes and having a nice home I wanted my toy trick too.

The motor and trans has 66,000 and is fine, I've come so far on this redo that I wanted to do them as well and that way I have a completely newly done Rig.

I didn't want any surprises while traveling and I wanted the motor to have a little more power thus wanting a Toyota Specialist knowing RVs. I wanted the Trans if possible to have any upgrades that it can for hills etc. thus another specialist that knows about transmissions in RVs
