I weighed my rig yesterday, full gas, 1/2 propane, no water, and got 5120 lbs. Split f/r is 1720/3400. The toyota decal says front/rear GAWR is 2410/3000 and GVWR is 4800. So I am only 300 lbs over, or 300 under depending on how you look at it. That is, sticker GVWR, or adding the two GAWR's together. My rig is a 1985, 18ft 4x4 sunrader.

The new one was a three part piece with a thick transverse bar that is connected to the frame by two smaller verticle bars at each end. One small verticle bar broke near the lower end nut and rubber bushing that connects the parts. The original one broke near one end at a bend. It was essentially one piece (I think)

My rear anti sway bar has broken twice on my 85 4X4. Has any one else had this problem?
Timing chain/belt replacement interval?

I do not have the answer. My rig has 106,000 miles and the dealer has never brought up the subject. It is something I am thinking about given the milage and age (19 years) of my rig. What experience do you have?
