The fuel guage on my 1986 Toyota Coachman Travel Masiler with the 22 RE, auto trans. goes to empty when switch is cut off and comes up to just under 1/2 when key is switched on, nevers moves after that. The motorhome has experienced a lot of inactivity by the previous owner. Where should I start to trouble shoot and what steps to follow to avoid a lot of wasted time jumping around. Current I just watch the odometer for mileage and never let the tank get low but it would be nice to have the guage working. Thankfully the low fuel light works. Thanks for your help.
