I have a crack just like that. I know exactly how it happened. Within a month after I installed the slide out step on my Toy my teenage (at the time) son decided to bounce off the step on his way out the door.

I'm going to have to try this. I wonder if you do this just before a trip the slime will distribute around inside as you bounce down the road? Through the years I've managed to get my one leaking bag down to about a 2 lb loss per day by replacing the air lines.

Thanks guys I got her fixed. I went to 7 different places before I found the exact same size O rings. A place called Industrial Hydraulics in Chehalis, WA. They have wall to wall O rings but found mine in their discontinued bin under the front counter. I bought extras.
I managed to get by with just disconnecting the 4 upright connections. With the tubing clamps removed from around the tubing I had enough flexibility to pull the valve up and twist it sideways to get the stems out. The new O rings fit much tighter than the old ones so I knew that was a good sign. I put her back together using some vaseline, turned on the pump and held my breath. So far so good, not a drop of water.
There was what I assume to be a calcium build up on the old O rings and stems. I cleaned it off the stems before putting the new O rings on.
My wife is now happy with me again, at least for now.

I had a feeling I wasn't the only one with this problem. I will try twoblocked's fix first and see if I can rebuild them. I will have to remove them though because they are directly above the grey water tank. I hope by removing the white clips the pipes will be flexible enough to lift up without disconnecting them. I should have known this was coming because these valves have been seeping a little bit for the last few years when I fill up the first time.
Thanks for the quick responses, I have a week to get this fixed and keep the wife happy. I got a dirty look when I told her we may have to haul water jugs on our next trip.

My 92 Micro Warrior has a major leaking problem in both valves from the hot water tank. It did this a little bit last year when I turned on the pump but it stopped soon. This time I cannot get the valves to stop leaking. Water shoots out around the stems. I have tried opening and closing them several times with no luck. The drain valves for the fresh water tank are the same kind and work fine. I could sure use some ideas. I am stumped.
By the way they have never frozen, I winterize every year and the last 6 years it has been stored inside a insulated building.

Sorry to say that this camera is no longer available from the person I bought it from. They are still available on Ebay from other sellers.

I guess it's time I quit lurking and post something useful. I just finished installing a Peak wireless backup camera with 7" LCD monitor in my 92 Warrior. I am very impressed with this system, especially since it costs less than $80. Installation was not much of a problem. I just wish I had this 17 years ago when I bought my Toyota.

I'm happy to see you found this forum. I found it to be the most helpful place for my questions. Forum members, he bought this from me. It was a little hard to let it go but since my wife's health is not the best we would never use it again. I gave him my maintenance receipts including the head gasket recall change and tire sales receipt.
Wenfeng, anytime you have questions please call, text or email me and I will do my best to help you. One thing I already remembered I forgot to tell you. In the cabinet over the table is a plastic tray with some items in it. There is a small bag with some small black O rings. Be sure and save them. They are spare replacements for the water tank drain valves. You will use these valves when you winterize the RV.
I would like to publicly apologize to Mr. Chang. He was the first to respond to my Craigslist add but another buyer showed up unannounced with cash in hand and put Mr. Chang in the position of having to make a instant decision to buy the RV. His test drive was on his way home with it. This was a tough decision for me because the other buyer offered more than my asking price. I'm glad my sense of right prevailed over greed.
