    Seems like what was a poptop chinook which had a hitop grafted to it. The hitop looks to be off a camper van.

    It is actually a 1977 Toyota Scat I have pivcs of mine on here that I have up for sale at this time. They are very rare and were made by a company called RV Specialties in CA
