  1. I have the same unit theirs not much to tune up spark plug oil change if its running alright correct voltage & hertz and will carry the load, I did have mine out drops out the bottom the way mine was mounted needed reinforcing was cracking the metal.

Mine's a Kohler with a Tecumseh eng Tecumseh I believe went out of business. remember Ac and microwave shouldn't be run at the same time

  2. Just buy a $10.00 meter if battery voltage goes up with elec hooked up its charging trying to keep it simple. I have the same converter there is a adj on the board a pot small screw, I turned mine all the way down to keep from boiling the battery and have no problem except its basicly a trickle charger.

  3. John The 9000 BTU Ac on a 21 foot unit if its really hot 100deg its borderline but it only pulls about 9 amps I did paint the roof white its a 92 Winnie with the alumunin roof it helped. Altitude has a effect on generators where I go its anywhere 4000 to 9000 if you do the math it derates them a lot, so I'm glad that it doesn't pull to many amps.

  4. Mine has a 2500 watt Kohler which is noisy and not to smooth with a low load if it ever goes out, I'm thinking of the Honda 2000 which is not designed for the compartment, but building a slide out and store it in the same compartment, I have the 9000 BTU AC

  5. I have a 6300 it does have a adjustment a small pot with a fully charged bat I set it as low as it would go don't remember exact voltage but probably around 13volts, anyway my bat doesn't need water very often once in a year, but its just a trickle charger, I'm going to save the web address for the 7300 for the future.

  6. I have a 92 Winne probably similar to yours I don't see any leaks yet I got the idea to remove the caulk and redo the seams removed the one across the back where the roof and end cap come together that was enough for me when I redid the one seam it looked worse then the original. I talked to a guy that has a RV repair place he recommend not removing caulk just cutting out spots that looked bad only and redo.

I found some paint in Wal Mart for rv's white 2 coats 1 gal did the top didn't cover completely but should help with the heat as the aluminum center was extremely hot couldn't put your hand on it and I think it will help keep the seams sealed what ever they used originally is still rubbery good stuff.

  7. I forgot to mention if you measuring something thats a very low amp reading, add a length of wire wrap it around one of the jaws I go about ten time's then divide the reading by 10, for instance checking a laptop 35-60 watts, we used to do this to check crankcase heaters to make sure they were working on refrigerant compressors.

  8. I used the AC at work a lot it compared with others the DC I used on portable equipment I was close enough for what I was doing. Fluke also makes a AC/ DC clamp Mod 80i-410 on the can be used with a Multimeter the price is a little high as with everything with fluke. The models I mentioned I've had for a long time so they might have changed.

  9. I checked the pressure which was low there was a adjustment on the pump hard to find might be under a little rubber plug which helped it seemed to spread the differential some, also when their is no pressure lifting the safety valve on the hot heater and draining so there is a small air pocket top of heater helps a little this was in the book. A small accumulator would really do the job.

  10. If its the same as mine I remember a compression fitting and 1/4 pipe into the regulator. Mine will leak at the valve stem midway but when its back seated its ok, someone told me thats normal??

  11. I would think it would be easy to trace the vents back it might be some from just below the windshield which gets a lot of trash there. If you have a V6 there is a large area under the intake or plenum I seem to remember when I had mine apart thinking that washing the eng would leave a lot of water in there for a while.

  12. I have a 92 winnie the same window was broken ( tempered glass) had a glass company do it they had to order the glass removed the frame it does split on one side mine was broken on the stationary glass. In the future I think would try to do it myself except ordering the glass.

  13. If the housing for lights in back is aluminum the rivets that connect the ground wires from one to the other can be kind of tightened with two hammers, also using a volt meter going back in series on the grounds shouldn’t read much it does it’s a indication of resistance some where along the path your reading.
