  1. Hello Toyota MH people,

I live in N. Colorado, we acquired this motor home from family recently.

    1992 Toyota Sea Breeze V6 5 spd

Thing is like a new vehicle inside and out....very cool !!, can't wait to take the first trip.

I cannot find a whole lot of information on the sea breeze model...???

Glad to have found this useful website, I will post up a few photo's when I have them...

    thank you,

    R.

  2. What year and engine? I have seen water pumps with the pump fins worn down. The thermostat is an easy replacement and is a common overheat cause. A bigger radiator is a plus also. All that said there can be other reasons for overheating. Clogged radiator, engine timing, bad clutch on the fan if there is one, even a plugged catalytic converter. Give us the year and engine, it will be easier to give ideas.
  3. Just recently noticed that my tempurature guage has been going up to almost the red zone, then back to middle, then back up.Does anyone know if i need a new water pump or a thermostat?

  4. A gallon of propane has 96,000 BTU s per gallon. If I remember correctly the average RV fridge uses about 1,000 BTU s /hour. Our seven gallon tanks should last over a month. If you install a small computer fan to vent the coils in the rear, they're much more efficient.
  5. I drive with mine on but be sure to turn every thing off when you get gas. You didn't just get the propane tank filled at the time did you? the smell hangs around for quite some time after they are filled.

Thanks, wow this place is pretty cool! Well,i just bought the motorhome and the tank was full.Probably just overfilled.Seems to have gone away now...
