  1. Does anyone know anything about this switch? I downloaded the Dolphin manual from gallery and it talks about one, it kinda looks like a Ford starter solenoid. It's suppose to charge both batteries while driving or plugged in. I have something that looks like it on my Itasca Spirit but my aux battery is dead and won't charge either way.
  2. I just signed up with GMAC for my 89 Itasca, $75 for 6 months minimum liabilty. I saw that they did have coverage for full timers. You can get an online quote through Good Sam Club or Camping World RV, then you can call and talk to someone and get exactly what you want.
  3. Please contact me at lrfos@yahoo.com when you get a chance would like to get info about step.
  4. Just wondering if the valve would also control air pressure for blowing system?
  5. Just bought an 89 Winnebago Itasca Spirit, the manual that came with it covers about all the Winn models however it did mention that the C models came with one. This one however does not, I only found the switch on Ford and Chevy models not on Toyota. Does anyone have one, know where to find, how to hook it up or any info. I want to be able to charge coach battery while driving.
  6. Just picked up an 89 Winnebago Itasca Spirit, it does not have an entry step but it looks like the frame for one is there. Anyone know if they came with one, if so what the dimensions might be? Also another question about a dual battery switch which the manual describes I but don't have. Any idea of where to get it. I certainly want to charge the coach battery while driving.
  7. You might be able to find info on this site, I found my 89 on it. You will probably have to check under Winnebago to find yours, I believe they were under micro mini that year. http://www.winnebagoind.com/products/previous-models/
  8. Thanks for reply. I checked with Winnebago all they told me was they used four different ones. Great I have found three but not four. They also said I'd have to remove it to tell which one. No Winn dealers anywhere close but do have several RV dealers. With all the rain we have been getting here I rather have one on hand for quick change out than have it open for even a day. I'll try Winn about the manual. It appears this Itasca has several booklets on individual items but not on the whole coach.
  9. Found my 89 Spirit Series on there but never could get 87 to down load under Itasca but I checked another site and found Winnebago had two listed under mico series for 87, rear bath M-319RB-20' and rear kitchen M-319RG-20'.
  10. From what I found on net if it's on a Toyota it must be an Itasca. This site might be of help. http://www.winnebagoind.com/products/previous-models/
  11. Sorry I can't help you, but did have a couple of questions. I am about to buy an 89 Itasca Spirit and was wondering the same thing. Did yours come with manual? Have you figured out which brand of vents on yours, the Itasca I am getting needs one cover replaced but don't know which kind to get. Hope someone can help you out.
  12. Great, that is good news. Thanks, Bear
  13. Thanks for replies, I was wondering about the new valve issue. Rats. Guess that also goes for these built in tanks also? I have not got the 89 Itasca Spirit yet, trying to learn as much as possible before I do, so will probably be asking a lot of questions before and after I do.
  14. Did yours come with a manual? I am in process of getting one but no manual to tell me how everything works.
  15. Can I fill one or do I need to take it somwhere? Just trying to learn about these as I have never owned one before.
