Regarding the exterior of the Sunrader:
All the marker lights had to be replaced; most of them did not work or were missing the lens. There were all replaced with clear lens LED lighting (they illuminate red or amber), the hope was that over time, the clear lens would not fade like the colored lens. They also are very stealthy/modern looking, since they do not stand out and are clear. For reference I brought them here: http://stores.shop.ebay.com/Closer-To-Wholesale .
All 6 taillight lens had to be replaced (3 per side), since they were faded and/or cracked. They look much better now.
Both pumbing vents also had to be replaced, since they both had many cracks in them.
The rear vent was replaced with a Shurflo Polar-Air III powered unit. I got power for it from the adjacent light fixture. This is a must have accessory, since it helps keep the interior cool and fresh by expelling the old air, and runs off of 12V. I am debating putting back in AC (was removed when we got it, but the wiring is in place), since the RV does not have a generator, and it would only be required for the AC.
My 11 year old son, was a big help with these projects, and it also gave him some experience.
