  1. So I am going to make the tire purchase and ive heard yall give good reviews of thunderer's so i decided to go with those... I couldnt find them on the simple tire site but i found them here... Can someone confirm that these tires will work for my 81 sunrader? guna buy 7 of them! https://www.tires-easy.com/185-14/thunderer-tires/ranger-r101/tirecode/TH0304
  2. Ok, so I think i will make the same purchase of tires for my Sunrader Red Emerald! Thanks for the plug! 185R14C's here i come!
  3. I just wanted to throw this out there aNd see if any of you are using your sunrader as a daily driver? this was my intention when i bought it. But immediately upon returning to seattle (more pot holes than people) i realized that every little crack in the road it felt like it was dealing fatal blows to my suspension, Very loud indeed....
  4. I do understand the difference between the 5lug semi float foolie and the 6lug ff. The dolphin that lives next to me has 6lug axles in both front and back. Seein this led to be believe that the dolphins came equipt with a non recalled axle and may be a possible option as donats axles.....
  5. Would the axles from a 1983 dolphin work?
  6. so my understanding is that these 185r14c tires are C rating which means 6-ply... all the shops i have talked to say they can do the 185r14 D rating tires only...
  7. Ok i think ill be switching to the 185r-14c's becuase something is clearly wrong with my current set up. At parked, they do not even come close to touching. And both of the blow outs have been clear edge to edge rips... Indicating i dont know what. and as far as getting the foolies fixed, i totaly would, but im a bit over whelmed with the sourcing and transporting of parts and finding somebody who would know how to do it.. Anyone out here in Seattle?!
  8. So i have had two yokohama 195/75r14 tires explode on me! I have no idea what is going on but im thinking these tires are real lame. What tires should i run?! (I still have the foolies)
  9. So what is considered the max weight capacity for the current axle and foolies?
  10. Yea i meant to ask how will my weight carrying capacity increase...
