  1. Hey everyone, I have a sagging roof due to my AC, and was wondering how tough of a job it is to correct. What does the repair entail?
  2. Hey everyone Noticed on a trip a few weeks ago that the roof is sagging enough to collect water near the AC unit when I'm in the right position. What are my next steps to reversing the roof sag?
  3. I have a 91 Winnie with a 3 year old onan 2800 that was professionally installed for 2800. To be honest, I'm not entirely impressed with the unit. I know they last if properly maintained, but it has had a decent amount of problems since I owned it. They have a computer that complicates things, and they are a bit of a pain to diagnose. The local onan shop wanted 250 to simply diagnose it when I asked. Mine may need a carb rebuild due to sitting for a bit from the previous owner. I did manage to get it working for the entire weekend just last week and it got the job done, though I did have a few issues I worked through. I will say that the muffler is already degrading quite a bit for a 3 year old unit that cost nearly 3k
  4. Ok figured out a way to plug it! But looks like it's going to be a chore to get to the back of the generator to hook up the new one
  5. I have a leaky line that runs from my tank to generator. Anyone know what size I need to buy to replace that? Also, to drive it home can I just cut and plug it ?
  6. 16.99 for the rear, and 45.99 for the front right linda? Just making sure i am looking at the same ones as you. I have an O Reilly's in town here
  7. Thanks for the reply linda! I have not changed either the rear end or trans fluid since owning. Though the trans fluid looked good when I checked. I will take a picture when I get home and see if we can pinpoint the leak. The only reason I would consider rebuilding is so I don't end up stranded. But that may be silly i suppose
  8. My home has only 40k on a newly installed engine, but almost 145k on the trans. Wondering what people tend to get on the trans. And if I should consider rebuilding it before any issues present themselves. It seems to shift great through all gears, including od. Also my rear end has a bit of oil on it, should I considering going through it as well? Have a big summer ahead of myself
  9. So the generator was working perfectly until i winterized. I went to start it and nothing. No lights on the button. Trying to manual override outside doesn't work either.
  10. Hey everyone, Been a while since I've posted! I am looking for some help fixing up my 91 winne warrior before season hits. I am in need of a brake job, a door handle replacement, and my generator recently started giving me trouble... If anyone is near, and would be willing to help I have cash in hand... Thanks in advance! Brett
  11. So here is the new rig. I never posted photos the day i got her. does anyone else have a reinforced frame, and swapped the rear shocks out for f150s?
  12. Talked to Onan. Its a newish generator with a few safety features. Holding the start button down bypasses these features, thus allowing the unit to stay running. The camper is from California originally, so maybe the altitude adjustment was far off and causing the safety shut off to kill it
  13. just messed with what appears to be the air/fuel screw, and got her running... hmmm
