We live in the desert, don't see much rain. But yesterday we worked all day to seal the roof on our new/old dolphin. Last night it POURED! The roof leaked a little around the AC, and a little leaking under the front window. No where else! Whew.

Now my house? Another story...

You will need a new seal for the A/C.

The front window, look carefully at the frame from inside. Odds are good the frame is full of water. If so, you need to drill two drain holes on the outside, one on each side.

Yes, the frame was full of water, will drill holes, thanks. Ac was odd. Took inside off, the cover had water in it, but the wood was all dry. Wondering if the driving rain came in the plastic cover.

On the outside of the frame is a rubber keeper. Although it does keep water out, it is NOT a seal, Its job is to hold the glass in the frame. If you ever replace the rubber, put the seam at the bottom, and you'll never have a problem with water getting in.

Over the years, the rubber gets hard and brittle, and water can start seeping in between the window and the rubber, and accumulate in the frame. The side windows have drains, but the front window does not.

Drill a 1/8 hole in each corner, at the low point. the hole will be drilled in an upward direction.

Also useful on old rubber window gaskets... is Captain Tolleys creeping crack sealant. Not as effective as getting new gaskets but sometimes it does the trick if it is minor leak issue.

I used Captain Tolleys on my Tiger Provan windows. Worked great. Like Waiter said the glass is not sealed by the rubber gasket. It is sealed to the metal frame with some kind of glue like windsheild goo. When that stuff cracks the only option is to take it to a glass place and have it resealed or Captain Tolleys

_{I had the same issue on the rear window, there is no drain hole there, I drilled an 1/8 inch hole in the middle/bottom and that took care of it.}
