Ssunrader Posted October 11, 2024 Posted October 11, 2024 They come in packets so pretty convenient, except for disposal of the packets anyways. Quote

IdahoDoug Posted May 8 Posted May 8 In my mature years, I have begun drinking coffee as a utility item. So I use Tasters Choice and one of those new hot water pitchers. 5 minutes and I'm sitting on the porch sipping. The bonus is you can set it to your exact water temp, so you really ARE sipping right away once you figure out your preferred temp. I used to be a coffee snob 40 years ago before it became cool. I had a Dutch hand burr grinder for the beans and did the french press thing - even on camping trips. Dunno what happened to me. Dang a good cup from a shop is a treat, still!!!! Quote

I do enjoy a good cup myself but my acid reflux has converted me over to mostly cold brew coffee (much less acidic). I do still enjoy a nice hot cup on the occasional winter morning. Quote
MaineJed Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Try to have coffee every morning in my Dolphin, even when if it’s just parked in the dooryard. And Amazon cheapy high test Quote
WME Posted May 11 Posted May 11 During my formative coffee drinking years, I lived in Hawaii on different islands. So I'm sorta a Kona guy, although Kauai has started growing/roasting some boutique flavors that are interesting. AeroPress works good on the road Quote
MaineJed Posted May 11 Posted May 11 My wife and I spent some time on Maui in Lahaina and miss the coffee we had there. Quote
Ctgriffi Posted May 30 Posted May 30 We just do a simple pour over on the road with one of these units and paper cone filters—easy, lightweight, and inexpensive. Good enough for me, just need some hot water from micro or stovetop. https://a.co/d/0adXQDnu Quote
