86rader Posted June 18, 2010 Share Posted June 18, 2010 when you say stuck in OD, do you mean that it is literally stuck in OD and won't shift to a lower gear or do you mean the OD lockout function is not working? If it's the former, good luck! If it's the latter, I had the same problem with my sunrader. I thought it was the OD solenoid being stuck open, but, it wasn't. After changing it, I brought it to someone who actually knows what they are doing, hi tech transmission, in e. longmeadow mass. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They dropped the valve body and discovered that the last one in there placed one of the little balls in the wrong passage. Total bill was a bit over 200 bucks.
