Any one local have a 1 ton 6 lug dually for sale. I am in Toutle Washington. I bought a 84 sunrader at it has the 5 lug fooley would like to get it swapped out. Unless anyone has any other recommendations.

Your little Sunrader can run fine with single wheels in the back. Takes the strain off the axle and runs like a regular truck. Increase the weight max on the tires by going a bit larger. You should get a rear sway bar for stability.

search your topic here. there have been multiple posts about this.  i think you can get away with a single wheel axle- don't remember specifics, but maybe a chevy axle?

Nah same old Toyota axle is strong enough with single wheels. The duallies are the problem

I would like to see a close up pic of that rear wheel hub.
