Good Morning Campers!  I have a little drip drip drip and my water pump cycles on constantly.  It is just the faucet (cheap o plastic thing).  So, I will turn off the water and either just get a replacement gasket or maybe even replace the faucet since I have been wanting a taller neck.  My question is:  Do I turn off the water under the couch?  There is a shut off valve between the freshwater tank and the water pump.  Or do I need to shut off downline of the pump?  Also, that valve seems VERY stiff.  Do we think it is just overtightened?  Should I force it?  Thank you all!  Just a solo camping girl here trying to figure it out on my own.  You all have always been so helpful.  I appreciate you!

Just turn off your pump. Replacing the faucet is the best way to go. Just have a towel under there to catch the little bit of water that will come out. I never leave my pump on. I just turn it on when I need water. Old pipes and fittings, a water disaster could happen at any time.
