Home depot, lowes, Ace, or any other home improvement stores. These are the same foucets as you have them in your home. I replaced both kitchen and bath sink in my Dolphin. 

You can do it, the main issue is the access, work space under, inside the cabinets but duable.

It’s not a bad job usually as long as you have some access underneath, and it doesn’t require special tools to change a faucet. 
 

RV faucets are very similar to small household fixtures, although often built more lightweight. I tend to buy a lot of stuff from Amazon and RecPro:
