Has anyone done a conversion on CamRoad?

 

Looking at buying one to eventually live in for around a year or so in Australia, but the insides are so ugly.

 

Any thoughts?  What can you do with the plywood panelling on all walls and carpet on ceiling and floor?

 

And anyone changed that awful cabinet in the toilet?

 

Cheers would love to see what you've done to yours if you have or if you have any ideas from similar conversions.
