Gypsybrn
As an ex-trucker, I had dogs with me and left them in the truck when I went for a shower or food. Now I have cats I plan on bringing my three older boys with me they are cuddly. They don't go outside ever so yes air conditioning is required. linda s
Dogs know they are home because it smells like you. Cats on the other hand do not. They have been known to wander off even when someone moves to a new house. A house that is constantly moving might be a problem. As far as never going outside, you will have to be very careful to make sure they don't. They do have a mind of their own. REALLYRURAL
My cat Ziggy has been traveling with me for 8 years. A the end of the day she comes home to the rv and sleeps with me. She has jumped ship a few times and been left behind at campgrounds for 2 to three days before I could return. Upon return she allowed me to pick her up and smacked me in the face with a paw full of claws. Since she has never let me out of her sight and comes when I call her. Gypsybrn
"I love how obedient she is when called. My Cats will stay in the back of the camper. I'm planning to build a plywood wall with a door in the middle to separate the front and back. I also intend to install a bar across the motorhome door so it can only be opened from the inside. I adore my boys, and I won't let them get anywhere near the outside."
