door panels

My wife and I are in the process of redecorating our 1990 winnebago warrior. She is re-upholstering the dinette seats and overcab mattress. I pulled the old upholstery off the truck seats and discovered brand new looking Toyota vinyl upholstery underneath. Unfortunately, the Winnebago people must have removed the door panel vinyl before covering it with their (now outdated) fabric so I am wondering if anyone knows where I might obtain door panels that would match the seats. I will try auto recyclers but finding the right color and year would seem unlikely. Anybody know of a source for these panels?
