Hello Dennis: My sister loves Spam and also canned corned beef sandwiches. I use a device called a "Cake Breaker" to hold and guide the thickness of the Spam slices. It looks like a large comb with metal tines, and an extended handle so you can hold the entire can of Spam then simple cut with a sharp knife. Works much like an onion / tomato slicing guide but has larger spacing between the tines. However, if you enjoy thin slices use the onion slicing guide. Or use a roast holder slicing guide which clamps onto the outside of the meat.

Or you could use a butter slicer or cheese slicer:

Or the "Spam Slicer Knife:

Just depends on how specialized of a tool / gadget you desire to carry in your ToyHome, and also consider the clean up after use.

I have a Filipino cousin. I guess America left a gajillion tons of Spam in the Philippines during WWII. He had endless recipes for Spam. I was surprised how he could make Spam taste good.
