Ctgriffi
Haven't come across one of these before, although my family had the standard Space Cruiser van in the mid 90s, when Dad was stationed in Europe. I remember the little mid-engine 6-cyl, just behind the driver's seat—that thing would generate enough heat through the carpeted lid to melt my little brother's crayons! (Also, I got it up to 100mph once, driving alone on a downhill stretch of the autobahn.) 😅 https://springfield.craigslist.org/rvs/d/springfield-1985-toyota-campervan/7485711182.html Edited May 25, 2022 by Ctgriffi add photo
90Warrior
I've not seen a camper van spec'd one of those either. Thats pretty rad. I say it is close enough to count. I remember seeing a handful of those growing up though, it was something else to see a 4wd one lifted on mud tires and a lightbar.
linda s
I have seen a couple of Previa camper vans but none in a long time. Truth is I haven't seen any Previas in a long time. I did notice that those cabinets are screaming Westfalia. Kind of cool. Linda S
Scott iv
Had a friend with a standard one. He got rid of it with exhaust problems because he didn't want to pay to replace the 2 catalytic converters.
extech
working on the engine really stinks
john*thomas
I'd come real close to trading my Odyssey for something like this.
Nam
This van is pretty cool and reliable too. I think it has the same 2.4L engine as the truck. There was some safety concern when there is nothing in front to protect the driver. It would be better if it's 4WD
