Bent coach door

My coach door has become slightly bent out on the top and bottom. It’s gotten to the point where if I’m driving over 45mph the wind pulls the door open a little (probably bending it more).

I think it’s due to the fact that the previous owner took out the old door latch, and replaced it with a latch with a padlock on the outside, and a homemade deadbolt for locking from the inside. So it’s probably not as flush as it would be with the original lock?

Short of getting a new door, any ideas for how to fix this? I noticed there are holes on the door and frame that line up on the top and bottom, is there something that should be there to help keep it closed better?

I realize an easy solution would be to put the same style padlock type latch at the top, but ideally I want a solution that doesn’t only work when shut from the outside, because I get a pretty bad draft through this gap at night
