ken sanders Posted November 9, 2019 Posted November 9, 2019 (edited) My mechanic tells me I have a coolant leak in the feed off the intake, between intake and theĀ EGR, on my 1989, V6, automatic transmission Toyota Sunrader. He describes a series of steel pipes and hoses between the intake and the EGR, and says the leak is in a steel pipe coming off the back of the intake (and underneath the intake), so closer to the intake than the EGR. He has gotten multiple pictures from the Toyota that he says are not helpful in identifying the part, and has been told those parts (the series of pipes and hoses between the intake and the EGR)) aren't manufactured any more. Does anyone know of an aftermarket company that might make it. I'm told auto dismantles don't generally like to take this part off the engine as the engine itself then becomes difficult to sell. Maineah Posted November 9, 2019 Posted November 9, 2019 It's an EGR cooler that might help you. Quote
