I have been brainstorming (and yes, pinteresting and online surfing) the most creative and easiest meals for roadtripping with kids that are picky eaters. Aren't they all! Most of what I have so far are foil wrapped meals. Any successes our fellow RVers have had will be most welcomed! I prefer not to use the oven but don't mind using the stove.

Had a hot dog cooker that fastened to the exhaust manifold on my snowmobile mixed results! Either cooked black or sort of warm. I all was thought maybe a engine coolant cooker might work it's fairly constant 180 to 190*.
