  1. Hi. Put a 125 cc Yamaha Vino (600 lbs) on a two connect hitch custom with a scooter rack I adapted from a dual electric scooter rack. Not a hitch mount but two extra mounts that were installed on either side. Rides well, no loss in mileage. Cinched the scooter down to the rack everything OK. DouglasW on Gabriola
  2. Hi. Anyone know where the cable connection is on the outside of a 1991 Winnebago Warrior. Shows an outlet for the tv on the inside with a cable attached (one for the antenna and one for cable) but cannot find the connection on the outside of the coach. Thanks. DouglasW on Gabriola
  3. Hi Haven't been here for awhile. You need an Internet connection, whether it be 3G or wireless. Douglas on Gabriola Island
  4. Hello Just saw a way to get U.S.Netflix when you travel, using Unotelly VPN method. Just search unotelly.com. Cheers Douglas on Gabriola Island
  5. Thanks I did clear the code. You remove the fuse for the EFI to do this, leaving it out for a few minutes then return it. The check engine light is then off in the dash, but unfortunately for me the light reappeared after a few miles and the same code was given, thus showing the fault still exists. Don't know what the next step should be. Thanks DouglasW on Gabriola
  6. Hello Has anyone had experience with the the EGR system for 1991 Toyota 3 litre V6. Check engine light is on and it gives the code 71, which states EGR System fault. EGR valve tests OK, temp sensor tests OK, swapped out the EGR vacuum solenoid, even cleaned the EGR valve for carbon. Still show check engine light. What next? Any hints? Thanks Douglas W on Gabriola Island
  7. Hello Anyone have any experience in adding a second deep cycle battery for the coach electrical. It would have to be connected so it would charge as well as provide a longer interval of power. I have a Toyota Warrior, 1000 watt inverter and a solar collector already installed. Thanks Douglas W on Gabriola
  8. Hello Can I travel with a portable 20 lb. propane cylinder (full of course) laying on it's side. I'm using it with an adapter to fire up my Coleman camp stove when I want to cook outside. In use it's designed to stand vertically. Thanks DouglasW on Gabriola Island
  9. Hello all Has anyone owned, used or seen a so called Arizona room or Arizona kitchen with their Toyhouse. Description and pictures if you have them Previous owners of our Toyota Winnebago are giving us what they are calling an Arizona Room and we don't know what to expect. Thanks Douglas W on Gabriola Island
  10. What is the starting cap on the Air Conditioner? Just new to this. DouglasW on Gabriola Island
  11. Hi. While traveling in the States where is the best and cheapest place to buy a 2000 watt inverter generator. Thanks. DouglasW on Gabriola Island
  12. Wayne. Any chance of getting a reduced rate seeing as there will be a bunch of us. Cheers. DouglasW on Gabriola Island
  13. Hello all Toyin for Vancouver Island sounds great. Count us in for Living Forest near Nanaimo June 22-25. Easy journey for us, coming over from Gabriola. Always going down Island to visit grandkids in Victoria so I believe I'll drop in to check it out one day going past. Wayne, what is the procedure to secure a spot, I understand you are shepherding this event. Cheers DouglasW on Gabriola Island
  14. Am unclear about the fridge when driving. Is it normal to leave it running on propane when on the road. I have an add-on 1000 watt inverter installed in my Warrior and wired to the AC plugs (including the fridge) Would my alternator be robust enough to keep the coach battery charging and also run the fridge when I'm motoring. Propane runs the fridge better, no question, but not sure about driving with propane burning. What's normally done? DougW on Gabriola Island, B.C.
