definitely bookmarking this page. this is what i'm facing. real good to know exactly what is behind the fiberglass. your work looked too pretty to cover! Are the boards all 1x2's? How thick is the plywood? I'm going to bite the bullet someday and take the rear piece of fiberglass off my Dolphin and want to make sure I have everything to fix it on hand. Thanks

Thanks for the pics! I had to take my hide a bed apart today so the wife could reupholster it. You should have seen the jerry-rigged mess the previous owner cobbled up for the framework lol. Anyways, I just rebuild everything with 2x2's and I screwed both ends of the bed frame down to the wood frame so the one corner wouldn't raise up when the bed was unfolded. It's alot sturdier now. Mine is an '86 Dolphin.

I am replacing all of the stock faucets with ones that have brass stems in my '86 Dolphin and was wondering how to get the shower valve out? I was hoping there was an access plate on the other side of the wall but I don't see one. Anyone have any ideas other than making a hole? Thanks in advance.

This guy solved my brake/charge light problem.

Those plastic junky faucet cartridges break so easily. Does anyone know if the brass ones will fit in their place or do I need to get new faucets? Thanks a million.

Mine has the same problem. If I set it at 65, it wall always fall back to about 55 even on the flats. Glad to know it's normal
