out here in the west Les Schwab IS so big over 400 stores but only in the west they often sell tires with their own company name on them such as wild cat or wildcountry these are two of their truck tires i run on 4wd toyota pu i would run the thunderer on my moterhome they stand behind what they sell i also have 4 of their batteries these may be just a name they use i run their tire called eclipse on our car

Like Maineah i go with napa or carquest we have Autozone and Oreilly here but i never go there i have in the past autozone muffler hangers looked like coat hanger wire compared to car quest hangers very heavy built also around here car quest and napa are much more profesanely run

those half round rubb er things go on the head front and back ends of the cam the old ones get hard and are prone to leaking did you save the metal washers that go on top of those hold down washers if you did not change those cam plugs they will leak make shure they stay in place when you put the cover on

i would replace the tank a tank that bad is not safe to use at all i do not know if you have a stock truck tank or not i have a truck also a moter home toyota truck manual says stock tank is 19 gallons if you have a stock tank you could probly get one from a wrecking yard the long box 2wd or the 4wd would probly work the short box or large cab use little smaller tank other wise there maybe some after market tanks that will work hope this helps get rid of a tank that bad saftey hasard

I am with Derek in generators you get what you pay for i have a little 1200 watt 2 cycle china unit bought at shucks auto 2 years ago for 130 dollors we go back country it doues what i need guy asked me once is that a honda said no you can buy 2 or 3 of those for what one honda cost but the honda s are nice but if you cant aford it or dont need it you can get one for a lot less

When it comes to water pumps if you buy on ebay is brand new or rebuilt i would onely use new notrebuilt ibuy car quest or napa i like to look at it before i buy

should be no struts on all the trucks and some cars back then a frame and coil spring convential shocks it would be good to know if that is the 20r moter i can not rember when that came out 20r moter very good have had three also they used 20r in several cars the older 18rc not as good owend 5 toyotas

thanks for good info on tires i use Les Schwab they have more than 400 stores in the west i once had a tire with some of that minor craking on the sidewall and it soon began too leake air right out thru the sidewall if i have that get rid of it good batteries also at schwab

i have had 3 trucks and station wagen and moter home all stick but i belive the autos were made under license from borg warner ido not know how good they were

you should disinfect your tank at least at the start of the season my tank is 1978 15 gallen i put 3/4 quart of purex in fill with water drive it to slouch it and mix it run pump fictures until you get strong smell of bleech let set 24 hours drain and flush 3 to 4 times a strong mix of bleech will kill bad things you dont want in your tank our city water is clorinated so i always have that tast lol

some togles are center position off both sides on for alt uses i would think you would need another togle to switch betwen two sending unitstoo one dash unit my son had a large pu with 2 tanks only one fuel pump on the moter brass valve switch from front to rear tank one togle switch to switch between two sending units one in each tank i have heard of a few had sending unit only on main tank just ran the one first that has no gauge until out then new how much had other tank check under dash fuses and wires on the tanks

if that is oem furnece have to light pilet light no auto ing on my old timer i am in yakimawash suberan furnece bottom of closett i have gas valveon the right side of theheater metoo i could not belive what i saw on hear or at the yard yes you do as far as i know a friend bought a big gas hog moter home had same set up if you have oem carb any 20 r air cleaner stuf should fit i have two barrel webber pryor owner put on on my heater has little door glass window swing up hold in black button 2 minites use long lighter tell stay lit may have to light cook stove to bleed air first 20 r great had 4 20r 2 battery under hood on the right side rv battery furnes fan run off that left batt starting

i have a 1988 22re 4 cl 4wd that has a w56 5 speed this is a pu toyota factury book lists about 6 tranies i had 22r carb pu 4wd 1987 had g 52 5 speed the trans fer case lever was in front of the main shift opsite of the w56 set up the gear ratio different also lot of 8os pu where i am never saw another G52 book shws a 4 speed probely hard to find i am pretty shure only the bell housing is aluminum the gear box cast irion

our 1978 has no roof air as we do not always need air and to save money we bought a 5000 btu wall air conditioner for a little over 100 dollars. we put ours in the front cab window we made a table to fit on over the window sill, made a panel of lexan to cover the window, slip it on and velcro to the door. works great for 125 dollars. we take it out and store in the back to move. i was wondering if anyone else had tried this? i love this group thanks i do not have much computor experience. Thanks for your patience

5Toyota my 1978 not a sunrader had the same problm i had to take out cook stove the filler hose behind awood cover behind the stove all fixed now avery bad stio problem bought hose at car quest recomend you replace all of it

5Toyota the 20 may have dip stick on left or right they made some ethr way if that charge light is on you a ll most shurly have charging problem i have owend 3 20 rtoyotas all the 76 77 78 use an eletric fuel pump the oil pressure sending switche is in line too tell the eletric fuel pump toorun when the oil pressure light is not on good oil presure the 20r is averry good moter they were used in trucks corona and celica cars 1976 to 1980 or soo 79 0r later used mechical fuel pump right on the left side of the moter opisote the dist ributor on the right side check the charging system and battery also the older ones like that have an external voltage regulator should be on the right fender under the hood small black box somes time you have too replace that

5Toyota too mule they even made the 22r carb in 11187 i had one but was rear ended totaled you should look on the site called Yoda Tech if your not in a smog zone i am not in eastern wash state i have run two one 1978 toyota20 rand a datsun drove for 24 years both i had the famous but not cheap Weeber 2 barell cant spell very carb datsun carb 1974 all junk toyota carb very good 1977 toyota wagen but if you need acarb those are great my 20r moter home had one when i got it

i dont know that you have a hdrlic problem did you check the small master cyclinder for the clutch under the hood next to the brake cyclinder if you have a leak and that is empty you will not be able to shift it if it is empty check under dash for brake fluid leake from master if leak replace master cyl the clutch throwout arm on the trans is opperated by a slave cylinder ether of these leak the clutch will not work is that a 4 speed i did have a station wagen 1977 5 speed the end of the maine shift rod broke off and fell down in the bottom of the trans had to remove back of trans and put in new shift rod i do not know if the 4 speeds had that problem and yes the lever felt lose flopy hope i help you
