Where can I source new studs and nuts (left hand or right hand)? The Toyota dealer has no idea where to find them. I would really like to replace them with right hand threaded units. I would appreciate any help!! Thanks!!

I have an 86 Granville with a 22re engine. It started making noise from the back of the engine (seems to be toward the back of the head). I removed the valve cover and could find no obvious problem. It starte and runs fine at an idle, but when the rpm is increased the noise begins and seem to increase with increased rpm. Any thoughts or recommendations? any help will be appreciated. Thanks
