AfterI empty my gray and black tanks at the pull valves, i can look into the toilet and see there is still an inch or two of water at the bottom of the tank. Is this normal? If not, how does one go about emptying it completely?

It appears my coach neverhad a stereo as there is just the blank toyota plate in the dash as well as no speakers or wires in the dash. Is this common for 1984?
