I was headed out for a road trip and my o/d light started flashing. From the research i've done it is either the Vehicle speed sensor, the ECM, or possibly low fluid. I added fluid, but that didn't fix it. Anyone had this happen?

Hey all, I found a leak in my Starlite and ended up having to remove cabinet, about 2 ft. of floor, and 3.5 ft. of wall. Is there anywhere to buy FRP sheets? I have been looking at composite sandwich panels as well since the coffee cup styrofoam put into the panel I had to remove is worthless. I had to remove the outer "skin" of FRP and was hoping to find some sort of pre-made sheet of it. No such luck. I have no place to do a Filon process, so that isn't really an option. I am trying to think of other products that might be used instead with the intent of doing a full makeover of the entire vehicle when I have the time. Right now I just want to get this section water and weather tight before winter. Also, I am under further time constraint as I travel for work and have 2 weeks before I leave. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I need someone willing to sell on small scale retail. Tons of wholesale for rv industry, but haven't found anything else really. Cheers

What causes the engine to run hot even after a short spin--like a mile or less? I checked recall and it was done in 1999, so not head gasket. Radiator? crossover manifold exhaust? cheers

Thanks Linda and Mustrmrk- I found out that the Late 80's Early 90's Toyota V6 pickups/4runners have a starter relay that was bunk from the factory. The AC was hooked up on the right side under the seat/bed if you are looking out the back window. I guess I will have to look more into it when I have the time. Thanks Again!

Hi, thanks for the response. The canvas is gone, but the couple I bought it from made a custom screen for it, which is even better in my book! A couple of things I would like to know is if there is any place where I can get some replacement parts, like grey water tank, what kind of ac I should put in (The first owner took it out apparently), etc... The other thing is the random no start. I picked it up this morning and drove it about 45 mins. home, stopped at the grocery store and it wouldn't start. Starter was replaced, and I do need to check if the battery is good, but thought maybe someone might have some ideas. Relay? Fuse? Also, the 12V system runs, but doesn't put out tons of power, so they usually just plugged into shore. At some point in the near future I hope to remedy that but am a complete motorhome newby, so will be trolling this site ALOT! Any Tips Trix Advice is greatly appreciated! Cheers

Hello, Well, I just bought a 1990 Odyssey Star Lite, V-6. While researching I came across this site and found a couple of discussions on this particular Odyssey model, but they were dated 2018ish. I am wondering if anybody out there in the Odyssey universe has any new info on these. The Googles is surprisingly barren of info. Cheers!
