  1. Here is a better diagram with all the necessary bushings and parts for the end links with part numbers. Googling part numbers brings up lots of places to buy. Stabilizer Cushion #48817-30020 | Autoparts.toyota.com Linda S
  2. They are there. The part discontinued is the whole metal end link. Here are the bushings 4881730010 4881514160 Linda S Ignore that it might say front. Same bushings for rear
  3. This page should have all the bushings but it also has some stuff you don't need. You can sort through them https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/parts-list/1990-toyota-pickup-2_wheel_drive/power_train_chassis/rear_spring_shock_absorber.html?filter=(d=USA;1=3VZE;4=STD;5=ATM;6=4HC;7=RCB;8=WT;9=HLF;11=EFI;13=IV6;14=T1;0=VZN95L-TWSREA6) You can also search this site to see what other types people have bought. The poly bushings are supposed to be better, like Energy Suspension. I just don't know the part numbers for those Linda S
  4. Filon is very thin. The only way to get a smooth durable finish is to glue it to a hard surface. Goboard might work for that but don't know. They do make a Goboard sealant that might work Linda S
  5. Got an email from another member about guy who does Sunrader windows in Bend Or. I don't do Facebook but this might be helpful to anyone who needs them. Know nothing about their work but sounds like he does a lot of other Sunrader stuff too. Toyota Sunrader Builders | Just finished another set of front curved windows | Facebook I also talked to Dean Elena yesterday in Napa Ca. He's still making the windows and since he is the one who probably built your Sunrader he would be my first choice. Advantage RV Napa Ca 707-252-8188 Linda
  6. I think this would look classy. Used by itself the weight is less than the combined weight of luan and FRP. 7/32 in. x 48 in. x 96 in. White Nickel Gap Shiplap Panel WSP5548 - The Home Depot Linda S
  7. Just using the water pump with water from the tank tells me pressure isn't the issue. You've just got a leaky pipe somewhere. Only you can find it Linda S
  8. You have air suspension bags under there. One of them needs more air. don't think it could be completely shot of it would be more noticeable. Important to keep them inflated to a minimum pressure. Find the valves and inflate evenly. I would suggest 60 lbs pressure Linda S
  9. Nine years ago? Give me a break. Linda S
  10. No coffee grounds on grey tank. They don't break down. With a French press you pour the coffee out, grounds are just damp. Throw them in garbage can. Linda S
  11. I doubt the old glass was tempered. Is there a tempered mark on the remaining glass? Maybe safety glass with the film coating. Your never going to find either the exact glass or the whole window. A new custom RV window that size can cost up to 2000 dollars. Your not far from Denver. Hundreds of glass shops. Only other alternative is to use plexiglass. Linda S
  12. Go to a glass shop and have them replace your broken window. Just needs new glass. Frame looks fine Linda S
  13. If you're going to replace them all, upgrade to led and buy a matched set. Like these. look to be very similar to shape and mounting you already have. 14. Ok so this one is slightly different but the mounting pattern is the same so no new screw holes. Be a good replacement https://www.etrailer.com/p-MC32AB.html Linda S
  15. Pretty sure this is the one as long as they've never been changed out. I do see one that looks more oval but not the one you need. https://www.adventurerv.net/349-clearance-replacement-light-lens-red-miroflex-348-p-8129.html They come in amber too. Model number 349. Click just under the link I sent Linda S
  16. You need to buy one for horizontal use. Vent location is important Linda S
  17. Just seal it. I tried to help someone else with these flat front windows and discovered the rubber seal is not replaceable. Strange offset. As to what sealant, I don't know what is best. I usually use clear Flex Seal. Linda S
  18. Because you still have the foolie, your brakes are the same as a standard Toyota 3/4 ton truck from that year. Pads 1983 TOYOTA PICKUP 2.4L L4 Brake Pad | RockAuto Drums 1983 TOYOTA PICKUP 2.4L L4 Drum | RockAuto If you don't want to buy through the mail you will at least have a bunch of model numbers to look for locally Linda S
  19. Inner and outer bearings are the same as front axle on a 4x4. You do have to pull the axle so draining the diff would be a good idea. Also important that you replace the axle seals. 20. Your tank is a horizontal DOT tank and must be removed from the camper and filled in the upright position. Disconnect the regulator and that is where it is filled. Just like a barbeque tank at that point. How to fill a LP or liquid propane tank Hint take it to a professional! (youtube.com) Linda S
  21. Not complicated. Remove the pan, remove the filter and put in new filter and gaskets including new pan gasket. Do not overtighten pan bolts. 1981-1995 Toyota Pickup Automatic Transmission Filter - Beck Arnley 044-0207 - - PartsGeek.com Linda S
  22. Please stay away from the Sikaflex. The weatherstrip seals just fine if you fit it in tightly. You saw that video of windows getting installed. Notice how he cuts it too long and forces it into the slot. If you must a tiny beard of regular silicone around the outside edge. You're doing too much nice work to have an ugly gunky mess on your windows. Linda S
  23. Yes the newer locking weatherstrip is narrower than the original. Still it has been used by dozens of Sunrader owners with no problems. I myself have done at least 5. As for your thinner cut out opening I suspect it has something to do with your sanding the backside of the fiberglass. Don't understand why you felt you needed to do that. Thickening the cutout shouldn't be that hard. Add some of this to the inside of the cutout where needed. I would cut it down to 1/2 inch width though. No need for it to be wider. It also comes in 1/16 thick. I think that might be a better fit Linda S
  24. Radio is run off of truck battery. If left on long enough it will run it down. Shore power doesn't charge truck battery. Phone with Bluetooth speakers works great for music and you can recharge phone from coach battery 12 volt outlet Linda S
