Hello, does anyone have part numbers (6 lug FF) for the the cone washers, washers and nuts that hold the axle shaft on? Does anyone know if the studs that go into the hub and help line up the axle have a part number or are even replaceable? I currently have 1 missing and 1 broken. Also, maybe the correct part number for the gasket that goes between the shaft and hub? My new axle didn't come with any of these and I found a diagram with what I thought were OEM part numbers. Everything I received today seems to be one size too big.

Just an update and for future reference in case any one comes across this post, but yes the differential / third member from a 5 lug fits the 6 lug full floating axle. Mine is actually from an 86 (LH threads) but it bolted up just fine.

Thank you, was just planning on rebuilding the full float while I have it out and was going to try and source a differential so I could have it all ready to go when I pull out the current 5 lug. Just would hate to pull the current 5 lug diff and have it not fit the new full float!

Hello I have an axle out of an 87/88 I’m about to swap into my 83. However the axle did not come with a differential/third member. Does anyone know if the diff off of my 83 will bolt into the full float axle?

Hello, I just picked up an 83 21' Sunrader and have unfortunately begun the gut job. The hot water tank and the window had leaked under the sofa. I ripped out the hot water tank, furnace and fresh water tank. I am looking for suggestions on good replacements for these three items. I have a good working Shurflo water pump already that I am going to reuse. The fresh water tank had been stored with vinegar and some other chemicals that have discolored it. Anyone have a good efficient furnace and water heater replacement suggestion? I've been doing research on tankless and think I want to stick to a traditional unit. I've owned a 92 Spirit and 93 Warrior in the past so this is my first Sunrader. I've noticed it only uses a 15amp plug however I'm wanting to go with a solar setup. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start? Mainly to possibly power an outlet or 2, fridge (if possible) and hot water heater (again, if possible - I've been researching the electric/gas options). I know my Sunrader does not have roof beam supports so unfortunately I will not be adding an AC at this time. Thanks in advance!
