Cab over bunk window replacement

I have a 1990 Toyota Winnebago Warrior.  the over cab bunk windows are both cracked in multiple places. Like a spider web but not that tight.   I'd like to replace these before they start to leak.  I have the DOT info from the windows but don't know how to find the windows.  Are "originals" still available?  Can an auto glass shop make something suitable for me?  The DOT info is:

My little Toy has been wonderful and I plan to keep it a few more years so I wan't to keep it in top shape.
