guitarlover519
So the generator was working perfectly until i winterized. I went to start it and nothing. No lights on the button. Trying to manual override outside doesn't work either.
WME
Normally the Generator starts from the house battery, check and make sure its charged.

fred heath
Check the contacts on both +&- battery connections. A bad ground to the chassis will cause this problem. You should have 2 , 5a fuses that twist out near the start switch. One controls the fuel pump, the other for the internal circuit board. Maineah
I have seen the generator ground strap bolted down to the bottom through the plywood relaying on the tightness of the bolt only to make contact. If the plywood dries out a bit and shrinks it leaves you with a loose bolt and a poor ground.
