ChiChiNooky Owner
I offer my 30 plus years of Chefdom to the fine pages of Toyota motorhome.org! I will soon install my Freedom tailgater grill on the rear (swings out) on my Chinook and offer my time tested opinions/recipe advise/ect? on the art of minimized cooking on the road. Authentic Smokhouse BBQ is my passion (owned my own place for 5 years) and culinary arts is my career. Lets get some thoughts and ideals flowing through the fall/winter (smoking/grilling is fun all year long however)
dogre
Welcome! I eagerly anticipate any tips you wish to share. My spouse and I don't like to cook inside our 'Toybox' unless we have to. I have been using a vintage "Kangaroo Kitchen" grill, steamer, griddle from the 70's. What is your grill and how is it mounted?
