Ctgriffi
Not sure how readily available these faucet cartridges are, but I was surprised/pleased to find them at eTrailer.com last month. They were inexpensive, shipped quickly, and fit the original 2-handle kitchen faucet perfectly in our 320RB Warrior. Easy fix and no more drips! https://www.etrailer.com/p-PF187025.html
Maineah
There are two sink faucet types a 4" and an 8" The plumbing in a camper is the same as a house find one you like the looks of that's you one for you it will fit. It probably is more cost effective to replace the entire thing than buying the parts.
neilp
I needed those a few months ago! I could not find them locally and replaced the entire faucet. The best option with the right spacing was almost 100% the same as the original: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Non-Metallic-2-Handle-Standard-Kitchen-Faucet-in-Chrome-HS8181210CP/203591815

Ctgriffi
Yeah I've got my hands full, rebuilding the front-end suspension of my rig, so I was glad to find an easy/quick solution for that old, dripping faucet. Took five minutes to drop in the new cartridges, tops, and about $15 for both w/shipping.
