We've had a few guys come here over the years with ways to increase air flow to engine. Maineah Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 Lot of money for very little gain and many of the kits actually reduce the filtration in the guys of better air flow.Here is the bottom line during the engine cycle the intake only flows (22RE) 1/4 of the total displacement so .6 liter of air that's not a whole lot. The surface area of the stock filter will flow a great deal more air than that same with the assorted stock plumbing. Want power two choices, bigger engine or a turbo.
