I have read a good many of the great ideas for engine swaps, and appreciate the details that I got.  But I didn't see anyone mention of using the 4 liter engine from the '90 Toyota Land Rover. I'm wondering if that block could fit my Warrior too?

Well for starters it's an inline 6. There are some conversions using the MBZ 5 cylinder. But a 6 may be just too long.

Of course with a sawzall and enough time and money, anything is possible.🤪

I assume you mean the Land Cruiser. I'm no LC expert, but I don't see a 4.0 V6 offered until later.

With a grinder, torch and welder, anything will fit anywhere. But the 'simplest' swap for the 3.0 V6 3VZ-E is the 3.4 V6 5VZ-FE.
