'87 Dolphin Newbie: How To Replace Rotted Wall?

I am the new owner of an '87 Dolphin (Model 300 - Rear Den) which has some substantial wood rot on the passenger side of the RV main wall where the Captains Chairs and Table are supposed to go (previous owner gutted.)

It's under the window, but not above, so I suspect there had been a leak around the window seam at some point in history (it was sealed when I found it.)

Either that or the window was left open in a rainstorm...

So my question is, What is the best to approach replacing this panel? I know I'll have to remove the window. But do I have to take the aluminum siding off and remove the sleeper windows, or can I just remove it from the inside?

If anyone has pics of how the 300 model is framed / built that could help guide me .

In my dreams I could do this from inside the RV, and take the panel through the door or cab, without removing the whole exterior wall, but what are the odds...
