Papayathesailorman
Hello I have a Toyota Sunrader that I drove over some rough ground. Soon after, I noticed that the ABS plastic drain that had been glued into the grey water holding tank with rubberized cement was leaking at the seam where the two parts fit together . I was able to pull the drain manifold out of the tank and I cleaned up the old glue on both the internal and external surfaces of the ABS fitting. My question is this- should I glue it back in using ABS glue (which would make a permanent seal) or was rubberized glue used in the first place for some reason that I don’t understand? Thanks to anyone who can answer this
