markwilliam1
Ran out of leveling blocks for rear duelies so I had to use them on only one wheel. Can this cause any damage to the rear axel as only one wheel is used with no support on the other wheel? Any recommendations on which wheel to use with the blocks inside wheel or out? First time I’ve had to do this and don’t want to spend $$ on extra levelers. Thanks!
WME
For a day or so, no problem. For winter storage not good. Just make you some blocks out of 2x6
markwilliam1
Had to do it for 4 days but with just me and my 2 mini-Aussies inside.
Derek up North
2x6s also make good emergency firewood. Unless they're pressure treated! I wouldn't be concerned about blocking under only one tire, either inner or outer. Although probably over the rated 1875lb, it's a static load. If it's still a concern, just back off the blocks every couple of days and relocated the blocks for the other wheel.
