WME
What happens to the lights when it pings. Sorts sounds like an auto reset CB, that maybe part of the 12 v charge system.

Bigdog
12 volt lights dim and brighten in unison with noise. how do I correct?
WME
Again an auto reset CB. MAYBE its between the battery and charger. Your voltage is going between 13.5v, cb on and 12.5 v cb tripped. Again MAYBE a bad cb or there is a shorted wire some where. Time to get the ol' eyeball working.
Maineah
Your coach battery connected properly? Sounds like the cables are reversed.
