  1. I’m replacing the glass in the cab over window. Advice on how to install the glass is appreciated. Do I remove the entire frame, glaze the window and then reinstall? Can I install the glass without removing the frame and somehow fight gravity so it doesn’t slide down? Tips for replacing gasket also helpful.

Renovating my 82 Dolphin this summer and could use some advice on how to repair the rot in the cab over portion. ive rebuild the entry step and re welded the aluminum door frame. took out black water tank for new straps and all new fittings/ grommets. It all looks like really simple to repair but leme know what to look out for ! and what to replace wile your tearing it apart and have things exposed. mods or upgrades !
  3. 1987 mini cruiser Going to start cab over remodel today Not sure where I can find the ?seam trim? that goes around the roof and bottom of bed in the cab over walls.... Please give me a link or where I can find it Thanks Guys!!!! P.S. I wished I would of took pic of home depot run I had to stack all my repair supplies on rv roof 2x4 up to the top of ac unit then 3 sheets of luana board 1 sheet of 3/4inch ply board and 2 foam sheets.. tied down w/ the free twine that home depot gives you it was a very slow ride home (2 blocks) worked perfect and got the job done

FIRST PART OF REPAIR TOOK ABOUT 3 HOURS GOING TO STABILIZE RV THIS WEEKEND AND TAKE DOWN WALLS(OUTSIDE SUPPORT OF CAB-OVER AND LEVEL OFF) LEAKED AT LOWER ROOF SEAM DESTROYED FRONT 2X1 SUPPORT BEAM..RIGHT SIDE WINDOW HAS SOME ROT.... SO FAR SO GOOD.. WE MADE OUR TEMPLATES OF SIDE WALLS AND FRONT CAB & MEASURED OUT EVERYTHING BROTHER IS FOREMAN AND I AM JUST TOOL-BOY (ASKED HIM TO TEACH ME HOW TO FIX HE LAUGHED SAID NOT ENOUGH TIME GET OUT OF MY WAY) SO I WILL TRY MY BEST TO TAKE PICS/VIDS OF REPAIR....
