Work & Repairs I've Completed on the 91 Warrior 320RB (since purchase in 2015)
- Replaced timing belt and water pump. Flushed radiator.
- Replaced all internal 12V lights with new, Euro-style fixtures and LED bulbs.
- New Denso spark plugs, air filter, and distributor cap.
- Replaced and resealed all upper clearance lights.
- Removed coach carpet and replaced with vinyl plank flooring.
- Removed old blinds/curtains and replaced with real curtain rods and custom curtains.
- All new custom upholstery for dinette cushions.
- All new tires: Nexen SV820 (little noisy but great tread!).
- All new front and rear shocks: KYB "Gasajust" (highly recommended).
- Rear suspension: new polyurethane bushings.
- Front steering stabilizer: Monroe SC2914 (good part and good fit).
- Installed new Shurflo water pump for coach.
- Replaced original commode with modern, new Aqua Magic toilet.
- New PowerMax PM3-35 12V Power Converter/Charger (replaced old Magnatek unit).
- Completely rebuilt lower cabover area and mattress-base (stronger than before, with better insulation).
- Sealed seams in aluminum roof with Eternabond tape.
- Drained/refilled ATF (couple times now).
- Changed differential fluid.
- Replaced fuel filter.
- Added full-time rearview camera w/windshield-mounted tablet display.
- New divider curtain between cab/coach (used a blackout curtain, plus some handy snaps for easy removal).
- Completed valve adjustment on 3VZE (yes, it is a bear!).
- Replaced driver's side LoadLifter 5000 bag (free OEM replacement, due to excellent AirLift warranty).
- Replaced fresh water inlet fixture.
- Added 19" Insignia TV/DVD combo on a swivel mount (which runs, conveniently, on 12V and also features a Roku widget to allow for streaming video from WiFi or hotspot).
- Sanded and refinished every cabinet door in the coach.
- Removed rear bumper. Sanded and repainted.
- Replaced large roof vent over fridge cooling tower.
- Replaced old, round furnace thermostat with new LCD display unit.
- Replaced rear bath vent with Fantastic Fan.
- Replaced passenger side air bag (another free replacement, due to AirLift warranty)
- Completely disassembled main entry door and rebuilt with new ply, stainless screws, poly adhesive, marine epoxy, paint, etc.
- Added EasyStart 364 unit to Coleman Mach roof A/C.
- Pulled steering box and had it rebuilt at PowerSteering.com shop.
- Rebuilt front suspension, including all new upper and lower control arms, ball joints, bump stops, and bushings.
- Replaced front brake pads and lubed caliper bolts.
- Painted front wheels and hubs.
- Pulled Hydroflame furnace, cleaned thoroughly, refurbished blower motor.
- Repaired water damage in rear corner of shower area and installed textured FRP panels, along with new, tailored shower curtain.
- Replaced main control valve and pilot assembly on original Atwood water heater.
- Sanded and painted rear wheels, including spare. Replaced spare tire with new Thunderer Ranger R101.
- Installed vinyl backsplash behind kitchen counter and replaced kitchen faucet.
- Replaced brake master cylinder. Flushed all brake fluid and replaced with DOT 4.
- Pulled up factory vinyl flooring in cab and installed lots of heat/sound insulation underneath.
- Removed all earlier peel-and-stick vinyl plank and installed new high-quality click-lock vinyl plank throughout coach.
- Added 500w inverter to power the 2-way Norcold while traveling down the highway (i.e. without using propane).
- Replaced front wheel bearings, inner and outer.
- Added new Stromberg Carlson pullout step to the main entry.
- Replaced main cabover window glass in 2023.
