  1. You might get one of the portable sat radio receivers.

I have JVC HD radios in my Honda hybrid Civic and in my Toyota 4runner. My girlfriend plugs her portable satellite radio into the input jack on the front of the JVC's. Sometimes she hooks it to my stereo system in the house.

I sometimes plug my windows media device in those jacks to listen to books that were downloaded from my library.

I'd like to put a JVC HD radio in the camper but it is a lot of wires to splice.

    thanks

  2. It was leaking right where the fresh water tank is to be filled from. Once I noticed that, I closed the city water connection, and just used the fresh water that was in that tank. I'm not sure if the tank was winterized, I purchased this Toyota from a lady up in Atlanta Ga. So, I need to go back to the Toyota and check if something was closed, or a valve was added like in the picture. Also, just before I was going to the dump station, I was trying to empty all the nasty tanks to empty the fresh water tank, and was not keeping my eye on the levels, and that's when I notice the water backing up on the shower floor, any how, after the tanks were emptied out, the shower floor was dry. i do need to go and re-check all of the connections on those pipes and see if anything is not working. thank you all for all the hint and answers, you all are very kind.

  3. First time camping in my new to me 94 Itasca-spirit. When I first attached the hose to the campgound city water, after a while I noticed that the spout for for fresh water was leaking out some water; I thought than when using the city water connection, there is a bypass valve that lets the water go right to the toilet, shower and other sinks bypassing the pump. Did I do something wrong? or is the valve not working properly? I'm a newB with little experience with this type of motorhome, any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

  4. Old fashioned bag awning style rail. Looks like a shaped welt is used to hold the fabric into it.

Maybe something like the ones on this web page.

    or here

I would take some measurements and order a few sample welt pieces to see what fits best.

I do thank you, now I know now what to look for.

  5. What type of awning can I use in for my Itasca-spirit; there is an attachment point, like a gutter, no more than a 1/2 inch deep, it looks like you can push thru the end of the awning length wise for it to stay in place; it is like a rail with a channel that squeezes and holds the end business of the fabric.

  6. 1) I have a 1992 Itasca Spirit - same as Winnebago Warrior and I am looking for the RV manual -- anybody have one that I can copy?

    2) I have a 2.5 Kohler & got a PDF file version of the service & parts manual from the local (statewide) Kohler dealer - be happy to share - what is your email?

I'm not sure if you still have those manuals; I have a1994 Itasca Spirit with no manual. If you can email those manuals it would very much appreciated to: HDuque8843@aol.com

I'm down here in south Florida. Thank you very much either way.
