Great thread. Thanks for all the info. I run 60 in the rear and 50 up front. I will be looking for a public scale as I'm curious what it weighs.

I bought an 84 Dolphin with 147,000 approx. Seems to run good so far. Does not use or leak oil. Unknown if engine has been replaced. I love it!! Runs and rides like a dream at 55. R

My speedo is WAY off. I'm sure that it is a combination of things but when I am doing 55 the speedo says 75. I am guessing that my odometer is off also. I have 147,000 indicated. I'm going to have to use the GPS to get a good MPG reading. I replaced the tires before I drove it so i don't know how far it was off before. The previous owner told me the axle was replaced by Toyota. I installed Hankook 195R14C (RA08) on the rear and Big O RT 27x8.50R14LT's on the front. Any ideas how I could fix the speedometer problem? For now I just trust the GPS.

I hope so. I just sealed all the seams and around the vents. Cupboards have pulled the roof down in a couple spots so I will always have puddles up there. We will be covering it for the winter. I have only had mine for a few weeks now and we have been focusing on leaks. R
